  4. Returns and Exchanges

    • Exchanges are accepted for sizing issues or for any other available items, provided products are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

    • Returns are accepted only if the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. Refunds will be issued after inspection and confirmation.

    • Socks are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective.
