  • Exchanges:
    We accept exchanges for size or for any other item available in our shop. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns and Refunds:
    Returns are accepted only if the item is defective or damaged upon delivery. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Socks:
    For hygiene reasons, all socks are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

  2. Ship the item back within 7 days after our confirmation.

  3. Please include your order number and details of the issue or exchange request.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
